Nigerien soldiers have successfully captured a notorious terrorist gunrunner named Ahmed Acharif in Garin Dogo, Niger Republic, along with 31 million Naira in cash.
Phantom Eye, a source specializing in intelligence and security in the Lake Chad region and North East Nigeria, shared this information in a statement posted on X on Tuesday, February 13, 2024.
According to the statement, the arrest of the suspect took place on February 12, 2024.
The seized cash is believed to be payment for weapons and ammunition sold to terrorists in Arge, Lake Chad.
