Police Find 350 AK-47 Ammunition at Niger State Poultry Farm; Four Suspects Arrested

In a surprising discovery, police found 350 AK-47 ammunition and apprehended four suspects at a poultry farm along the Sabon-Wuse-Garam road in Tafa Local Government Area (LGA) of Niger State.

The road, which connects to Bwari town in the Federal Capital Territory, was the location of this alarming find, according to reports from City & Crime.

During the operation, a vigilante shared with our reporter that among the arrested were the farm manager, two other staff members, and a visitor.

He said it was not clear whether the ammunition were linked to the banditry in the area or were billed for transportation to another location.

When contacted, the police spokesman in the state, DSP Wasiu Abiodun, said he would give an update on the issue.
