AGN Suspends Riverine Area Movies and Adamma Luke Productions After Jnr Pope Tragedy

The Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has taken action following the tragic death of actor Junior Pope during a boat accident. In response, AGN President Emeka Rollas announced the suspension of all movie productions involving riverine areas and boat riding across the country.

Additionally, Rollas has barred actors from participating in any movies produced by Adamma Luke, the producer of the film in which Junior Pope was involved before his untimely passing. Junior Pope and four other crew members were on a boat leaving the movie location when the accident occurred on April 10.

The actor and one other crew member identified as Friday have been confirmed dead. The bodies of three others are yet to be found.
