Calafiori’s injury added to Arsenal’s growing defensive worries, with William Saliba already suspended and Jurrien Timber and Takehiro Tomiyasu sidelined. Despite the challenges, Arsenal held on, thanks to a last-minute acrobatic save by David Raya, preventing Shakhtar’s Pedrinho from leveling the score.
