Spanish football captain Alvaro Morata, 31, will reportedly share half of his earnings with his ex-wife, Alice Campello, following their recent divorce. The couple, who were married for seven years and have four children, separated in mid-August after a disagreement that unfolded on the pitch after Spain’s Euro 2024 victory over England.
The argument allegedly stemmed from Alice’s wish to celebrate the win on the field with only their children and her friends, excluding Morata’s parents and family members. This tension is believed to have triggered the rapid breakdown of their relationship.
Morata, who recently joined AC Milan after leaving Atletico Madrid, has acknowledged that the split is amicable but irreversible. Despite the separation, both Morata and Campello are committed to maintaining a positive relationship for the well-being of their children.
Legal proceedings are underway to finalize the divorce, with Morata agreeing to part with half of the wealth he earned during their marriage.
