The report, originating from Kenyan media, alleged that Davido and seven members of his crew were apprehended after narcotics were discovered in the private jet they used to travel to the country.
In a statement released today April 2, Davido said the reports are false. He said he travelled to Uganda and Kenya where he went to perform and that he has since returned to Nigeria. He also pointed out that he has never been arrested for any crime in any part of the world. He said his legal counsel is working to go after those who fabricated the story.
