The actor shared the tragic news on his verified Instagram account on Saturday, October 5, 2024, accompanied by a solemn image of a candlelight surrounded by flowers and heartbroken emojis. The cause of Zeenat’s death remains unknown at this time.
Balogun’s ex-wife, Fathia Williams Balogun, confirmed the tragic event on her Instagram page, posting an image of a candle with the caption, “Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un,” a prayer expressing submission to God’s will.
Popular Nollywood actress Ronke Ojo, known as Ronke Oshodi Oke, also expressed her grief, writing, “No words can ease the pain of losing someone so precious.
