Nigerian comedian and skitmaker Brain Jotter has successfully located and met with Mike Ejeagha, the iconic vocalist behind the viral song ‘Gwo Gwo Gwo Ngwo.’ This heartwarming encounter follows Brain Jotter’s popular dance challenge, which has brought renewed attention to Ejeagha’s 41-year-old highlife classic.

The viral dance challenge, initiated by Brain Jotter, features Ejeagha’s song and has captivated audiences with its humorous and engaging moves. Participants face opposite directions, walk towards each other, perform a funny leg dance, and then chase each other to the chorus “Gwo Gwo Gwo Ngwo.” Since the first clip was posted on Instagram on July 5, it has amassed nearly one million likes by July 21 and sparked over a thousand recreations on TikTok.

Determined to meet the man behind the song, Brain Jotter launched a search for Mike Ejeagha, offering a reward of N2 million. His efforts paid off when he finally met the highlife legend.
