US singer Ariana Grande and actor Dalton Gomez have officially ended their nearly three-year marriage, finalizing their divorce in a Los Angeles Superior Court ruling. Grande filed for divorce six months prior, citing irreconcilable differences.
The couple, who started dating in January 2020 and wed in May 2021, had a prenuptial agreement in place. The divorce proceedings concluded swiftly due to no children and minimal legal disputes.
Under the settlement, Grande will make a one-time payment of $1.25 million to Gomez, with no further alimony obligations. Additionally, she will contribute up to $25,000 towards his legal fees and split the proceeds from the sale of their Los Angeles home.
Despite rumors circulating about their relationship, the couple’s separation was amicable, with Grande emphasizing in a TikTok video that her wedding ring was simply being cleaned.
