Kanye West is facing new legal allegations from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who claims the rapper drugged and sexually assaulted her during a music session co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs in Santa Monica, California. The amended lawsuit, filed on October 8 in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleges that the incident occurred before West’s separation from Kim Kardashian.
Pisciotta, a model and influencer, says she attended the studio session at West’s invitation. According to her complaint, West ordered a drink for her that was laced with an unidentified substance, leaving her disoriented and unable to control her speech or movements.
The next morning, Pisciotta felt sick and ashamed but was unaware she had been assaulted. Initially, she believed she had only been drugged by a studio assistant. However, West later admitted to her that they had “hooked up” during the session, which she had no memory of. His confession, the suit claims, left her feeling “disgusted and numb.”
Pisciotta’s complaint describes a toxic work environment, alleging that West sent her vulgar messages, shared explicit photos of Yeezy employees, and pressured her to engage in sexual activities. In one incident, she says West locked them in a room together and masturbated beside her before falling asleep.
The lawsuit also states that Pisciotta was fired in October 2022 and claims West failed to pay her $3 million in severance. West’s attorneys previously dismissed the allegations as “baseless,” accusing Pisciotta of blackmail and inappropriate behavior during her employment.
Although Sean Combs was named in the lawsuit as a co-host of the session, he is not accused of any misconduct. Representatives for both West and Combs have yet to respond to the new allegations.
Pisciotta’s case adds to a growing list of controversies surrounding West, who finalized his divorce from Kim Kardashian in 2022.
