Yungeen Ace Confirms He’s Alive After Viral Death Hoax Stirs Social Media

Yungeen Ace

Rapper Yungeen Ace addressed rumors of his death on September 25 after a viral image sparked confusion online. The rumors began when a photo circulated on X (formerly Twitter), showing a person lying on the street, bleeding, with claims that the individual was the rapper. Hashtags like “RIP Yungeen” and “RIP Ace” quickly trended.

However, Yungeen Ace, whose real name is Keyata Tyrone Bullard, debunked the claims by posting an Instagram story later that day, promoting a fellow artist’s track, reassuring fans he was safe.

The viral image that fueled the rumors was from a 2018 shooting in Jacksonville, Florida, in which three young men were killed. The confusion arose because one survivor of that incident, Kenyata Bullard—nicknamed “Ace”—was mistaken for Yungeen Ace due to their similar names.

Since his rise in 2017, Yungeen Ace has made a name for himself in the rap industry, with hits like “Who I Smoke” and Life of Betrayal 2x. He continues to remain active in music despite the brief death hoax.
